Regional Trips
We cordially invite you and your accompanying family members to our regional day trips. As a group we visit cultural events and exhibits and tour interesting places in the region. We hope you will join us! Please also check the information in our current Newsletter.

PLEASE NOTE OUR TERMS OF PARTICIPATION FOR THE TRIPS:
- Mandatory personal registration is possible during the registration periods listed above at the Welcome Centre Schlossplatz 1, Erlangen, 4th floor (open: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 12:00).
- The complete participation fee must be paid at registration (if possible, please bring the exact amount!).
- Cancellations are only possible during the cancellation periods listed above. A refund of the participation fee is not possible after this period!
- The participation fee includes the services listed in the respective trip program; if not noted otherwise, participants are responsible for their own food and drinks.
- The Welcome Centre of the Central Office for International Affairs is not liable for any self-inflicted costs or personal damages to the participants.
- The meeting and departure times are mandatory - the accompanying staff will not wait for any delayed participant! If delayed, you are responsible for an alternative transportation and the related costs.
- Please take care of suitable clothing and equipment according to the trip and weather conditions.
